花生糖
老公喜歡吃軟的花生糖,所以用市售的花生打碎,再加入煮過的糖漿一起拌,就可以做軟的花生糖,因為花生已打成粉末狀,所以做好的花生糖,嚐起來就像軟的貢糖,香又有嚼勁。
材料: 花生 220g 麥芽糖 70g 糖 35g 水 30g 海苔粉
**我買的花生己經有一點鹹味,所以就不再加鹽,如果用無鹽的花生,另外加1/4tsp的鹽。
